What area do you serve?
We predominantly serve Tampa, Florida and the surrounding areas. Locations outside of this region may incur a travel fee—please inquire for details. We are also travel-ready for commissions beyond Florida. For any out-of-town inquiries, please get in touch for a custom quote.
Can you print extra copies for me as well?
To preserve the flow and refinement of the experience, we produce a single set of prints during the event, thoughtfully reserved for your guests. For your own lasting keepsake, we offer a bespoke 10×10″ heirloom guestbook, elegantly curated with every portrait and your guests’ handwritten messages—designed to be cherished for generations.
What are your set up and tear down times?
For the highest level of quality and presentation, we kindly request one hour to thoughtfully install and prepare our studio space. Following the event, our team requires approximately 20–30 minutes to discreetly dismantle the equipment and depart the premises, ensuring a seamless and unobtrusive experience throughout.
Is your white backdrop a photo booth?
Our signature offering is a photographer-led Portrait Station—an elevated experience that goes far beyond a traditional photo booth. This is a fully realized, on-site portrait studio, complete with professional lighting, our iconic white backdrop, live retouching, and museum-quality printing during your event.
Each guest is guided through a refined, private portrait session by a professional portrait photographer, while a dedicated retoucher perfects every image in real time. The result is a collection of timeless portraits crafted to the same standard, artistry, and quality as your wedding photography.
What is the best time to start the session?
For weddings, just after the last speech and when the dance floor is about to open is an ideal time for us to begin. Otherwise, during cocktail hour is also a viable option.
What is your payment structure?
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date with the balance due 30 days prior to the event.
